It was back in 1997
when I had a very poor service experience shopping for a stereo system. I didn’t end up leaving the store with a stereo that day, but I did leave with an idea - that there had to be a better way for
customers to communicate
with companies and for
companies to listen
to what their customers think. So I sat down with my brother and wrote our first computer program to make that communication possible.
Since that time,
Tell Us About Us has helped over 100 brand name clients
in various industries listen to what their customers are saying. I’m proud to say we’ve always adhered to a strict set of values that defines how we interact with others.
